I need help identifying music from World of Warcraft. It plays occasionally when wandering around Tirisfal Glades, and it sometimes plays when entering Brill (but not always).

That's part of "The Undercity" (near the 1:32 mark), from the first World of Warcraft soundtrack. You can ask Lorddsp (Thread 214813) for a lossless version of the soundtrack, or torrent it.
