To be clear, this is the music that was included with the CD release of the game, an improvement on the 8-bit original soundtrack. It could be found on the game disc and would play when the disc was inserted into a CD player. That's the only source of the audio and where this soundtrack has been taken from.
There are a couple of instances of audio 'pops' that I'm aware of, but unfortunately, those glitches are present at the source. It could probably be cleaned up if anyone has the time for a remaster, but they're not that noticeable.
