Drive In Twister has some of it at the end, it sounds like. I think the run from the F5 was just a compilation of other cues, not it's own cue. You hear snippets of it in other cues. So the next thing to do is listen to the movie and splice that cue together for a more definitive touch. I really would've loved to hear the "main title" sfx free. That choir during an extreme wide shot of the sky is absolutely eerie!

For the cue through the final tornado is a mix between the tracks "Drive-In Tornado" and the percussions of the track "Home Visit" (listen to the part between: 1:09 and 1:30) - so MV is right, everything that was recorded is on the new expanded release :) sadly it could be quite difficult to extract those drums ;)
