This is what i begged my parents for in 5th grade...at the time I only wanted Super Mario Bros. 2, but my grandma gave me Final Fantasy...go figure. Does anyone remember this? It seems like every thread IHelp read consists of FF games on PS2 and the GBA. Maybe this?

Yes I "remember both consoles, but I never owned either. Parents opted to get us Sega MS II & MD instead.

:'( i never had a console as a kid til i was like 15 i saved my money all summer from my paper round and bought myself a playstation with final fantasy 7 and die hard trilogy. Those were the days. Loved the master system tho i used to spend hours at my mates on his mwahahahahaha =)

I remember walking into the nearest Woolworths, going up to the spotty geek at the counter and grabbing me a shiny new Nes with mario and duck hunt WITH A FREE ZAPPER! WooHoo! Ah, The memories!

i still have one of those and it works great.

nintendo made quality systems...i spilled grape juice all over my NES and it worked fine after...i launched my cat at the SNES and both my cat and the SNES didn't seem to mind...i've been through 3 PSones

i totally remember the days. I still have the original NES with orange zapper and about 30 or so games. An SNES with only two games right now (Breath of Fire and Soul Blazer), i have a Sega Genesis with a Sega CD and a Sega 32x all hooked up together...(although i hate that stupid 32x...arghhh), and a PSX, PS2, Sega Dreamcast, and N64. Most of em are boxed away, but my NES and PS2 are still hooked up for playage...hehe..playage...

i like most of the things Sega had for it's systems...altough the 32x sucked...i could never put those two metal plate in properly...the CD thing was a blast...i had NightTrap before it was banned... for alien rape schenes, those were the days.

First console i ever had was the megadrive. The earlist cosole i have ever seen is some big clunky nintendo thing at my m8's. I was talking to my dad about his console when he was a kid.Said It had big clunky buttons that went cuchung when you presed em and u could make a cuppa tea while waiting for pong to load up:)

have that one too. and it still works! (stuff gets used until it pretty much dies of overuse. the atari should be dying at some point). sadly only two or three games still work. (tennis works the best)

Ahh, the Atari, and the NES, and SNES! It's retro gaming time! Anyone remember the ZX Spectrum?

I still have my first console, good ol' SNES. But I never owned/got a FF for it. I was rather the Zelda player back then. I still play Link to the past for entertainment from time to time, as well as Mario world and Yoshi's Island.
