According to mora all the tracks in this collection are by Yoko Shimomura

No idea, the product page essentially just said here's 10 tracks to go with the release of the game and the full version will be released Dec 21

And also I'm the TheOutbreaker haha.. Had some account issue at the time of posting this on TSDM

The full OST isn't out until late December.
