If anyone is interested I've cleaned and/or repaired 3 tracks:

Track 5. The Conversation: the ISO and album share the same clicks, pops and, at approx. the 1:57 mark the same vocal interjection. The voice is less apparent on the album version and required less scrubbing so I grabbed those 5 seconds beginning at approx. the 1:52.5 mark to overlay the ISO track.

Track 9. First Name, Yakov: clicks.

Track 16. Full Marks/It's a War Wound: Again, clicks.

Yeah, I tried more contemporaneous photos but I just liked that one. And since we're making these covers for ourselves, we can do anything we want :)
