Thanks. But why 320k ? It is a little bit 'outdated', people prefer V0 nowadays. And i believe that FLAC level 8 save some space which is always welcome. WAV could be always usefull for some people which want to do remix without extracting wav files from flac i guess

Anyway don't you have Kameo Gamerip sound files in original format or lossless ? Because i can only find a 320k version on the shrine and sound files aren't in Xentax and HCS forums. There are also this : https://www.dropbox.com/s/etbih8nvny37o3b/Kameo_Elements_of_Power__Complete_Composer_Edition _(minus_Soundtrack_CD).zip which is provided by the composer itself , i think it have sound effects which is always a plus to have

Which i was in a country where i could bought some Rare soundtracks (which are pretty cheap) but i can't sadly ....

Well, WAV is the preferred choice of mine as it's convenient for playback & uncompressed, which is always a nice universal base point to convert to anything I choose from Apple Lossless to a FLAC Level of my choosing or even OGG (Hence why I offer it primarily, so everyone else can do the same), where as I offer FLAC & MP3 320kbps CBR as more commonly preferred choices. Level 5 for FLAC as I hear that's the sweet spot of efficiency for both storage & lower-end systems loading the compression, and 320kbps CBR for MP3 as I figure that's how I like my MP3s and you don't tend to find anyone providing this quality level outside of distributors like Bandcamp, Loudr, Qobuz, Tidal, etc. At the end of the day, it's all an effort to provide it in a form that isn't being sold (Ex. I don't provide MP3 320kbps if a reputable distributor like Loudr is providing it).

And you would appear to be in luck, as the Joshw.info archives have a Kameo: Elements of Power in-game music package: http://x360.joshw.info/k/Kameo%20-%20Elements%20of%20Power%20(2005-11-07)(Rare)(Microsoft).7z
They're all DNBW files however, and I unfortunately am not familiar with that file format. VGMStream might be the tool for you if this page is anything to go by, but don't take my word for it: Thread 119745

EDIT: I just ran three DNBW files through towav.exe, and it does in fact work! These DNBW files appear to be compressed packages, containing as much as 5-20 music files or 100+ SFX. It appears such examples as "D_Core.DNBW" or "D_SnowTemple.DNBW" contain level music whilst examples as "M_Snow.DNBW" contain SFX. You'll have to go exploring, but wish granted nonetheless!

Much thanks to you for Viva Piata! Have been looking it in lossless since day 1.

And i believe that FLAC level 8 save some space which is always welcome.
Level 5 has a good encode & decode speed with optimal file size.

Well, if you end up ever wanting to look for something else, there are whole indexes of joshw.info archives dedicated to each platform that he's ripped from. Some of the rips can be a bit dated as not all submissions see updates if necessary.

Just to note that whatever platform you look into, no guarantees on what the extracted format the files will be, but they tend to have their common choices (Ex. Xbox 360 tend to be XMAs, LWAVs on Xbox, Unreal Engine games on PC tend to be OGGs, etc). It can be anything from Bully: Scholarship Edition on PC to Battlefield 1943 on Xbox 360 to Halo 2 on Xbox

Here's a hub link to save you the google searching: https://www.hcs64.com/mboard/forum.php?showthread=26929

Some of the rips are a bit dated as he performed updated rips at the local thread (Thread 119745), but those most likely have dead links (And I believe he's not very available for re-uploads at the moment, namely due to health reasons).

Thank you for sharing this gorgeously orchestrated Gem with us, Bizargh !

I've been looking for a lossless Copy of Viva Piata for the longest Time...

I think the Selection of Formats you provide is perfect, WAV for me because
that is what your EAC put out originally. Even if it is a bit bigger, this isn't
2008 anymore, everyone should have Storage Space to spare, and if they don't,
well, i guess then they aren't really serious about collecting VGM... ;)

This'll make a fine Addition to the Library, have a +Rep and a +<3.

Oh right, i remember us talking about it a couple of Weeks back...

I am not really good at asking for Stuff...

I approach VGM Collecting and most other Things with a Fatalist Attitude :

If i get something that's nice, if i don't, it's not the End of the World, there is
plenty of other great Stuff out there. And if i really really can't live without something
i'll buy it.
