1) What you need is wings of discovery. You should bribe a malboro or a great malabro. Or fight Shinryu. He is an original creation.

3, It depends on which Aeon has the higher Magic stats. Valefor usually has the highest for me, but then, she's my fave Aeon, so I tend to use her for arcanely blasting things to kingdom come, if there's a chance either Yuna and/or Lulu are about to get creamed. Otherwise, I stick with my mages to get me through most magic-dependant battles.

4) I just got the Tidus' celestrial weapon, Caladbolg but all it has is No Ap. What makes it so legendary?

You have to power it up with the Sun Crest and Sun Sigil. That way you can unlock its full power.

About Aeons' HP, they automatically go above 9999. It's only certain Aeons' damage that can't go above 9999 without activating certain Celestial Weapons with their crests.

Only the magic stat will affect how much damage is done by magic. Ifrit's Firaga won't do more damage than Ixion's if their magic stat is the same. For physical attacks however, Valefor and Shiva's regular attack are slightly less powerful than other Aeons even if the Strength stat is the same.

Jewels correct me if I'm wrong but the sun crest is located in the Zanarkand Ruins shortly after you fight Yunalesca and you recieve the sun sigil after you get 0.00 in the chocobo race in the Calm Lands. Than go to the macalania woods on the white road and power up your weapons.

You can get bribe a Zaurus (Lizard-type-thing in Omega Ruins) for 157,000 gil from to get about 10 rename cards.

That seems like alot of gil but I guess it is worth it considering what I named them.

Well, considering you encounter them with chests (possible mimics), you'll get at least 50,000 gil alone.

You can steal (rare) Blessed Gems from Barbatos (Inside Sin), Coeurlregina (Area Creation) and One-Eye (Area Creation). You can kill Cactuar King (Area Creation) for 3, overkill for 6.

8. They're not always mimics, but quite often they are.

9. They did defeat Sin. That's how the entered Sin in the first place.

But, they did not kill Sin because he is so strong. Although, The Final Aeon inside Sin was probably extremely weakened because that is where Sin gets his power.

10. The fastest way would be to overkill Kottos or Fafnir in the Monster Arena. You have to use Distillers on them. If you manage to overkill them you'll get 40 of a particular sphere. To unlock Kottos you need to capture every monster on Mi'ihen Highroad. To unlock Fafnir, capture at least 4 of these enemies: Vouivre, Lamashtu, Kusariqqu, Mushussu and Nidhogg.

11. You can't find a Crystal Sword. You have to customize it yourself.

I have been fighting the Fafnir but I was wondering if there was a faster way.
12) Where can I get a weapon with 4 empty slots or with one element and 3 empty slots?

Is 40 per battle not fast enough? There's no way to get more than that in a battle unfortunately.

12. The easiest would be to buy from Wantz in Macalania South. He's before the save sphere, at the very beginning of the path. You have to have already visited the highbridge first after defeating Lady Y.

13) Why were there fiends from "Inside Sin" at the Omega Ruins?

I found Both Gemini together, some demonolith, 3 evil-eyes, a Gerat Marlboro and a Barbatos in there, I think its a glitch

It just so happens that enemies will appear in more than one location, although they are only tied to one locaton the Monster Arena.
