Is there a version with the intermission tracks each civ has? Like Australia's didgeridoo improv (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9H23yUHRIos).

Like Australia's didgeridoo improv (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9H23yUHRIos).The ambient tracks have not been released and likely won't be released. If you want, I could upload the base game's full soundtrack along with the newer music from the dlcs (Poland, Australia, Macedon, and Persia). They were .ogg files, but I saved them as .wavs since that seems to be the more easily accessible format.

Re-upped.

Converting already lossy ogg to wav is a waste of space (you gain nothing) but whatever floats your boat.

I believe the ambient tracks are accessible in the game files (with the .wem extension, that can be converted using these instructions: https://owdev.wiki/Tutorial/Convert_Sound_files_to_Ogg).

Converting already lossy ogg to wav is a waste of space (you gain nothing) but whatever floats your boat. That's true, but I often fiddle with the volumes of the tracks, especially the ambient ones which are really quiet. I'm not too familiar with audio editing, but I was thinking that opening a lossy file, changing it, and then resaving it as lossy would decrease quality more.

I believe the ambient tracks are accessible in the game files (with the .wem extension, that can be converted using these instructions: https://owdev.wiki/Tutorial/Convert_Sound_files_to_Ogg).They are, but they aren't named and have long strings of numbers/letters as their titles. To make any sense of those .ogg files, you'll have to go through the musicbank.txt and manually retitle nearly 140 tracks.

I would be very interested in properly tagged ambient music tracks being made available if you have them!

I am willing to help with the renaming (or do it all myself).

I would be very interested in properly tagged ambient music tracks being made available if you have them!Ok, I'm tagging the entire soundtrack right now. The main civ themes in OP's post are far higher quality (320 kbps vs ~150 kbps) so replace mine with those.

I am willing to help with the renaming (or do it all myself). Thanks for the offer! I already started it though and am about 1/3 of the way done.

Here you go: https://mega.nz/#F!Eih2FQJZ!pMarCR4gpJrb5hxFSoKpiQ. It has all of the music in the game (excluding cutscene music) and the music from dlcs are there as well. I didn't balance the volume levels of the tracks so some of them may be quieter and others louder.

As I said before, the music is generally in a lower bitrate than the ones in OP's download so use those.

I wonder if there is a source somewhere online that would be helpful in tagging the correct artists/composers for these tracks? I know Civ V had a music credits site with most of the credits listed for the hundreds of songs in the game.

I wonder if there is a source somewhere online that would be helpful in tagging the correct artists/composers for these tracks? I know Civ V had a music credits site with most of the credits listed for the hundreds of songs in the game. There is no official source for the ambient music, just the main civ themes. Many of the improv tracks are just the musician playing and aren't actually composed by either composer, and the ones with titles are folk songs from the respective civilizations. There are some that I haven't found the sources for yet, so they still have generic titles like "Greek Ambient - Melody 1."

Here are the credits if you're interested:
Composers: Christopher Tin, Geoff Knorr, Roland Rizzo, Tim Wynn
Atomic/Information Era Arrangements: Phil Boucher
Orchestras: Macedonian Symphonic, Prague FILMharmonic
