Still really want this OST though. Just beat both true endings, and I freaking love this game. One of the best video games I've played in a very long time, and a super refined sequel of an already fantastic game.

Don't. Use. Any of them. Because they won't translate the nuances it will be only incomprehensible piece of trash. If you can't translate, you can always ask someone who can to translate. And if you are not sure about kanji, don't ever "leave it be", use jisho.org to check it out, just to be sure. And I know what the next question is, but no, I won't translate this because I am not personally interested in this OST. At the moment at least. Sorry.
