Well, I've noticed that many people consider Quina a different Gender, what gender do you consider him/her? Personally I consider Quina to be female, because the way "she" looks, such as the pink and white clothes and color. Also I've thaought that maybe it's neither?!?

OMG. Dude. Quina is male. He looks like a gourmand not a female. What about Quan. He looks EXACTLY like Quina and we know he is a male. I think that Quina sounds like a girl's name but the thing is a guy man.

I was thought Quina was a she because throughout the game the other characters refer to Quina as s/he, except for at one point in the game (can't remember where) when Quina is refered to as she. However this could have just been caused by the forward slash being missed out. If so I would say that Quina is neither gender.

I personally feel Quina is female. Gourmand uniform or not, it looks like a pink dress. Then there's those red flowery eyes. The name also sounds like a female name since it could be spelt like queena.

i think quina is a male because when "He" marries Vivi there is an awkward comedy feeling to it also im pretty sure Zidane at one point says "Is food all he thinks about",the only thing is that hood seems kinda like a womens o_O

If someones name was Quina, I would immediately lean towards that person being a female. If someone was names Quincy, it would be different.

Quina is mostly androginous (sp??) because s/he can wear both some of the women only equips and some of the male only equips. also s/he is always refered to as s/he although it is hinted by refering to Quina as "him". But then it may be possible to leave it completey androgenous(sp??) in Japanese grammar. It's a joke that Vivi (abviously male) marries Quina because we arn't told it could be male/female or indeed male/male. We arn't told

Actually, the game refers to it as s/he, however when there is dialogue they say he, but that only makes sense, haven't you ever seen someone and not known what it was, you don't call it s/he, you just pick a random one. Also I'm glad I made this thread because I'd never thought of Quina being Asexual, which it most likely is.

1) The enemy will attack Zidane

2) The enemy will attack Quina

This determines Quinas gender.

If Zidane jumps in front, she is a girl

if he doesn't, he's a boy
