Does anyone have this? Sonixgvn had it before he lost his original page, and I requested it via twitter (because I can't seem to leave any comments in the requests section of his page because of some invisible recaptcha) but he hasn't got back to me. Also, I hope mods don't mind me making another thread for this, I didn't want to resurrect either of the two threads that were made for this last year.
