Hello, erm, yeah, not much to say.. I just came back here for the heck of it and was surprised to see no threads on the Chrono Trigger Remake Project which is being worked on... Not Chrono Ressurection which was sadly shut down a few months ago, but a new one...

This one I believe has more of a chance of making it, because, from what I've heard, they've already talked to Square Enix some and weren't shut down immediantly. It's not quiet as good looking as Chrono Ressurection, but close...
I suggest looking at the images and video of the End of Time...

I'm hyped up, as I'm on of the biggest Chrono Trigger fans I know. O.o Just wondered if you guys have heard of this yet and what you think

this is truly the best news in gaming that i am aware of. chrono trigger is the first rpg i ever actually played (i bought ff 3 for SNES in '92, but never enjoyed it until half a decade later). i'm amazed that there is a project to revive chrono trigger. i just hope they don't f*** with the storyline at all. it'd be nice if the production team put the old version on there as a bonus...i never bought the game when it was out, and now it's pushin 60 bucks! altogether great news.

HAHAhahahahaha... I am very glad of that news my old friend Magus of the Black Wind. But sadly news you also bring about Cross, although I personally preffered Trigger. Good, good, good. At least this time the company should give Magus Tech attacks other than just Magic. RIght?

I've jsut recently completed chrono trigger and it was probably the best rpg i've ever played maybe not star ocean but this is good news.

True, because it is the one pure series. FF has been tainted and they want the Chrono series to be perfect, every game to be better than the last. I support that, whole heartedly.

*****SPOILERS***** CC was alright but it basically was nothing more than a CT Side Quest basically. That's what disappointed me.

That was the only downfall. They didnt tie the two games together very well. Other than that it was superb.

But you really didnt need 45 different characters. I barely used most of them.

I havent played chrono chross. and i wont! i refuse to play it cos i read the storyline on the web and i dont want to ruin the original chrono story cos i loved it!

Do dis the game if u havnt played it. Its really fun and I loved it.

Both games were never released here in Australia. However I have played and completed Chrono Trigger by getting the SNES rom. I loved it. Alas, I doubt I would get a chance to be able to play Chrono Cross.

They shot down Chrono Break, I wont be surprised if they shut this one down. The only way it will float is if they make it completely the same, only better graphics, they change the story in the slightest bit and they will ruin it.

Don't mean to be the reviver of threads here, or bearer of bad news, but they got a C&D (Cease and Desist) from Squenix. =/ Think we all knew it was comin, but just hoped it wouldn't... Still they got pretty far, you should see some of there screens...

CHRONO TRIGGER WAS MY FIRST RPG. I was a bebbeh in those days.
If they came out with a remake, God knows what sort of henious act would spawn from the happiness and excitement!

i never had the fortune to play either of them as they wernt released in NZ but ive heard allot of good things from both of them so i hope to play them one day
