They had a couple of songs I liked from them. But overall I'm not too saddened by the news. I was never a real fan of them. Um sorry for you though.

Seriously. The only reason to care whether a band is still around is if you want them to produce more music, or to see them play live, and seeing as how every Blink 182 song produced in the last 5 years has sounded exactly the same, and there's absolutely no reason to go see them live, I don't get what the big deal is.
I never really cared for Blink 182, but it did seem sad that they broke up, considering they had a lot of loyal fans.
