Um, I was playing FFx and you know that part after you kill the big machine and everyone hops on the Al Bed bikes to go to the Macalania temple? Well Rikku jumpedon my bike, but my friend was with me and she said that last time she played it it was Lulu that jumped on her bike. I was brezzing through FAQS and it said something about requirements to get either one of them onto your bike to experience a different conversation. Can abyone tell me the requirements for both Rikku and Lulu, not for both of them to get on, just one or the other. Thanks people.

also i noted something like this before when the gang goes into seymours
palace or whatever in guadosalam tidus goes up to the that bridge thing and
then comes either rikku or lulu to talk with tidus. when i discovered that
i could never understand how to get different outcome.

Yeah, definitely check out that FFX Affections Guide on GameFAQ's for the 411 on everything.

In a nut shell, there are certain events in the game that happen with certain characters depending on their affection values. The nicer you are to a character, the higher the value is, the greater the chance they'll be involved in a particular scene. I'm pretty sure of three scenes: 1) Guadosalem with Lulu/Rikku, 2) Macalania Ride with Lulu/Rikku(/Auron?), and 3) when everyone jumps off the Airship onto Sin, the person with the highest will jump first. Also the girl who throws the ball for Tidus's final OD depends on the affection value between the three.

To build up your affections value for a specific person, be really nice to that character. Talk to them first before other characters. In battle, have Tidus heal that person more often (and reduce the other character's values by attacking them). Ect. The FAQ helps a lot.

Yes, I heard of that before. But no matter I do, I always get Lulu on my bike.

yup I had lulu too...I also had her most of the time to throw the ball to Tidus during blitz ace but you can change that accordingly.

hmmm... i was sure that kimahri jumped on the same as tidus.... probably my imagination, it was lulu the first time..

Nope kimari jumps on his own sled and everyone else follows.

Those scenes are really bothering me. I�ve played FFX over and over again, about five times now, and every single time, it�s Lulu who jumps on my bike, also, she�s the one Tidus is talking to in Guadosalam. A person I talked to told me that the one of Lulu and Rikku you are using most in battle will be the one to talk to. I tried one time not to use Lulu in any battle at all (a real pain in the ass, if I may say so), but it didn�t helped one bit since Rikku is so late in the game. Man, I gotta try that again..

i think the person who gets on the bike depends on your choice when lulu ask you not to fall for yuna

Nope, this time i didn't get Lulu, i got Yuna throwing
the ball, although i did get Lulu on the sledge!

On my best file I always get Yuna throwing the ball because I never use Lulu but whenever I start a new game I sometimes get Lulu. Oh and I never tried this but what if you have Tidus, Yuna, and Lulu in battle and Yuna and Lulu are knocked out, and you use Tidus's blitzace? Would Rikku throw the ball?

Yes since she's the only girl left. If all three are unavailable then it comes out of nowhere. Underwater, it always comes out of nowhere whether Rikku is the girl or not.

i have a walkthrough at home the one whos on your bike is the one you talk to first at points in the game and who you use items on in battle and generally treat bets. its the smae for tidus's blitz ace overdrive the one who throws the ball is your best treated character.

On my first game Lulu was throwing the ball for me, but now it's Yuna. I have the same outcome as others Lulu talks to me in Guadosalam and Macalania. On my first try I told Lulu "Maybe I loke you at Guadosalam so I guess that changes things too.
