Hi to all dear friends, I'm disperately searching the Edition in 3 Vinyl Set of Complete Soundtrack of Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This https://www.discogs.com/it/Unknown-Artist-Walt-Disneys-Complete-Soundtrack-Snow-White-And-The-Seven-Dwarfs/release/5061548

This is the only existing edition which includes the full score written by Frank Churchill & Leigh Harline. I would be very grateful and happy if someone who has it could help me and share it. Thanks in advance to everyone

PLEASE, if anyone has this! This is the only existing audio of the ending chase score without SFX (and a few other cues that I believe have been lost), so if you have it please please share it.

OK, so after a little searching I came across this ebay listing (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/WALT-DISNEYS-SNOW-WHITE-AND-THE-SEVEN-DWARFS-sound-track-3-x-Vinyl-Lp-Records-/272407640827?hash=item3f6cc2bafb:g:ftoAAOSw-CpX-tMB).

Two things:
1. Is this even the score? Because "sound track" can be taken many ways and the track listing kinda implies that this might just be the audio track from the movie unedited. I'm not trying to crush anyone's spirits or anything but it's just a thought.
2. Could someone, uh...you know, buy this? Someone who could rip the audio from the record and share it here? Because I would totally buy it myself and do all of that but I don't know how. And this seems to be a really rare record considering that its not available anywhere else on the internet so if anyone is thinking about buying this you better do it now. Please.

You are all mistaken. This vinyl is not, in fact, the score. It's merely the complete film in sound form, as "WinkieBarman" proposed. I would know, as it's one of my most prized possessions among my personal Disney vinyl collection, and one I play quite often at that. And, for the record (pun absolutely intended), it's not that horribly difficult to find, nor is that one eBay auction the only copy "available on the internet."

As such, the unreleased "Climax Chase" cue has sadly been lost to time. No tapes of the original scoring session exist anymore. According to Walt Disney Records producer Randy Thornton, the only remnant of that music left is the original effects and music track, which, obviously, includes the thunderous sound effects as well. Apparently said sound effects completely drown out the music in that scene and wouldn't make for a pleasant listening experience at all; hence why that cue was omitted from every soundtrack release of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs."

I've even attempted to rip the music directly from the Diamond Edition DVD of the film to no avail. The music and sound effects are very clearly all mixed together into one mono mess.

Wow! That would be great! Even more than that. :D

But what also interests me are the instrumental versions of the songs!
After that I've been looking for ages! Anyone?

Well, in spite of what I stated before regarding the Diamond Edition and the audio being "very clearly all mixed together into one mono mess," I was able to successfully rip the rest of the score cleanly without any real interference (with the exception of the "Climax Chase" cue, obviously), including the instrumental tracks to all of the songs. I haven't quite put the finishing touches on it in terms of presentation yet, but once I've completed the rip, I'd gladly share it with you, Lady Amalthea, along with anyone else whom may be interested!

I would like to see that could you give us a link in this thread once you finished your work on it? That would be bsolutely nice:)
