Usually on MMORPG's I am a big roleplayer, but I am finding it difficult to do on Final Fantasy XI.
Is it because there is so much to play up to in Final Fantasy XI, or is it the fact that it's a "Final Fantasy" and we are so used to its previous ways of roleplaying.

I am a tarutaru, what can I do to roleplay?

You could huggle-wuggle people, or dance a lot. Also, you could pretend to dislike people from other nations...and then act according to your main job as well.

Decide what you want to be for yourself. As a taru you look all cutsie and cuddly, so ish easy taru give the impression that you, as a person are the same way with a little Typospeak cutsietalk! Taru and mithra live together in Windurst, so obviously the horny male taru salary men fornicate over the unquestionably perfect anatomy of the kitties from the shadows of the trees that line the sides of the mithra huts.

Yeah. Just make up any old thing and go along with it. As a taru (or any other race besides Elvaan or Hume, since they're quite ordinary), it's easier to be more extreme with your personality and antics, because you're something other than human. The expectation is that since you look different, you'll act differently, so why disappoint ?:3
