Star Wars Symphony No. I: The Classic Trilogy
Composed and Conducted by John Williams
Performed by The London Symphony Orchestra

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! I know I've been AWOL for a while (life happens) but I'm back and with a tweaked version of Star Wars Symphony No. I! This is quite different from my original version. I've done more than just clean up edits, but have made structural changes to some movements as well. I hope you all enjoy this updated version as much as the original!

I hope to have No. II redone in the near-future, though I'm considering maybe jumping right into No. III now that The Last Jedi and its FYC album are online. I'm probably going to restart Symphony of Middle Earth but I'm not sure when that'll happen just yet. Also, I do have Star Trek Symphony No. III ready, I just need to upload it!

I've included three bonus tracks at the end. The first is a clean opening into the Main Theme. The second is an unaltered version of The Forest Battle from The Star Wars Trilogy CD, and the third features no tempo alterations.

In the meantime, enjoy!

My apologies but I seem to have left half of the Jabba the Hutt track on mute! So I've uploaded a fixed track. Just click on the track name in my original post! Enjoy!

Please accept my rather belated thanks for sharing your on-going efforts to re-present these scores in a new and imaginative way. I've enjoyed your work very, very much; and I look forward to hearing what you do next!

How did you make the Love of a Princess track? It's amazing and gave me goosebumps. I think there is music in there that I have not heard before and I've heard ESP a least a few hundred times.

Actually, I can't take credit for that one at all. It was recorded by the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra and I took it from one of their Star Wars concert suite albums. I originally tried to put something together like I had with all the other tracks but I was never satisfied with it. And the theme is one of my favorites and I didn't want to leave it off, so I just put it in as recorded.

Beautiful. The second disk's link is throwing up an access denied screen - is there any way to fix?
Thanks again!

Nevermind - I tried it again and was able to get it. Cheers!

Yeah, some times it does that. You've gotta try a couple different times if it doesn't work the first time. Glad it worked out and thanks!
