If you want the link, please PM me. With my other shares I noticed, that a lot of you don't say "Thank you" or give reputation points. I think this is silly, because it is the easiest thing in the world! To all others: Enjoy this great soundtrack!

Requests in the thread will be ignored!

I've already got this, so I don't need a link, but thanks for posting an excellent share/upload. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/42753709/Photobucket/thumb.gif

Anybody who doesn't already have this album - you need to get it. It's excellent, especially for the Rheingold Prelude and the Notung Forging music. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/42753709/Photobucket/nod.gif

(And if anybody doesn't like .alac format, there are plenty of free converters out there that can easily change it to .flac or .mp3 or whatever you prefer [Gasp! You might have to do two minutes of work!], so get this from bonesmania and just take a few extra minutes to convert it!)

bonesmania, I know exactly what you mean about people not saying thanks or giving reputation. I just finished uploading the whole canon of Mahler symphonies in surround in .flac, which took dozens and dozens of hours of work to extract the .iso images from the SACDs and then to rip the .flac files from the .iso images, not to mention that I have so many uploads on Mega that I've had to upgrade it to a paid account to keep all the links alive - and yet, there are around 20 views for every one person who gets off their bew-tocks long enough to say thanks or to post some reputation! I'm getting ready to do the same thing with the whole canon of Shostakovich Symphonies, and I'm seriously considering requiring PMs like you're doing here for the exact same reason.

I actually thought about temporarily disabling my Mega account to freeze all downloads from everything I've ever posted and see how many people hit the panic button, but then that would only punish people who haven't downloaded anything yet, leaving the freeloaders who downloaded without saying anything unaffected. Oh well...........

And by the way, if any of you freeloaders who downloaded my stuff without saying anything are reading this, it's not too late to go back into the thread(s) and post some belated thanks. Just a little HINT there...

OK, back to bonesmania's Wagner upload......

I also have this; and, like bobtheknob, wanted to take a moment to tip my hat to you. This is a lovely orchestral distillation of the "Ring" cycle. I hope that members who have not heard this, and may not be fond of opera, take advantage of the opportunity you've extended.

Thank you for sharing this glorious orchestral cycle - 17 hours has been condensed into 70 minutes and is a great way to get into Wagner. The playing is very good and the sound quality terrific as is usual with Telarc. Are you able to share the booklet as well? You asked me to 'click on reputation' but unfortunately the system doesn't permit frequent 'reps' for one person in a short time.

But why do two minutes of work when someone else can do this for them? (average Shrine user mentality)

Words of wisdom.

It seems, that we can't change this. Only a small part of users do this. I wish these freeloaders will thing about this.

Hello Bonesmania, i have been searching for this version of Wagner's "Der Ring" for years until i stumbled upon this post. I have only been able to listen to it through youtube and other low res sources, so it would be great to finally listen to it in it's full glory, if you still have it available? I couldn't figure out how to send a private message so i hope this is ok.
