1) Yes it is.
I'm not talking about the "cover.jpg" present in the folder but the one's that's embedded into mp3 files (which you can see simply playing them in VLC)

This is was just (badly) converted from .m4a to .mp3
Fact: https://twitter.com/macquayle/status/735607094230028288 Mac Quayle himself just said that official release date for digital version is June 3rd and somebody else replyed below with: "I already download these via iTunes"

2) Did you provided front and back of CD? No, it don't seems the case so it safe to assume that come's from digital store and unless proven otherwise these comes from iTunes simply because that's the only store that provided that early

I dont think anybody is saying this is a CD release, but I am not familiar with digital releases and whether or not they come with their own front and back

but I can vouch for the fact that Itunes really did say the CDs were available for download from the 27th for a while
then they changed it to the 3rd of June halfway during the day

Kadron this not cd release. Not only itunes give a sale on 27th. I told this... This store already deleted this release, and that was only volume 1. If i could took this from iTunes, then of course i took booklet and without upconvert on 320kbps - this nonsence.

Well ! Full release is not far off! :3
