He brought back Bucky's theme on one occasion at the beginning of the movie. He didn't use established themes for Ant-Man or Iron Man. Black Panther and Spidey got their own themes but like the overall score there wasn't much to them.

That's why I was scared, I think we can say that TWS was a unique experiment impossible to repeat... But in fact the title says it all, this is a global film, not a movie about one or two characters.

I think TWS will remain my Top #1 favorite soundtrack, meanwhile I'm still waiting for a lossless version of the demos or complete score xD

Well, none of us can be sure until we see the film. But Margeson and Lewis's absences certainly don't inspire confidence.

Man, that really sucks to hear. The only Jackman scores I've liked are X-Men, Cap and Kingsman, and both of those guys were heavily involved on all of them. Sucks to hear that Marvel is again overlooking the importance of a good quality score. I'm really worried that they won't be bringing on Christopher Young for "Doctor Strange," which is practically the movie he was born to score. They better not let Tyler Bates anywhere near it.

Yes, the fact that they brought on a second composer after he was finished (and didn't ask him back to rescore) doesn't bode well for his continued involvement. I don't know if it was just Whedon that didn't like Tyler (or just his style) or the studio execs. What more could he do, though? He's already done Iron Man, Thor & Avengers, all of which were fairly bland repetitious. Not sure if he'd have any left in the tank for sequels.

Well, Michael Giacchino was chosen for Doctor Strange. Not a bad choice per se (especially after last year's stellar work on Jupiter Ascending and Tomorrowland), but I can't help but be disappointed that they didn't go with Christopher Young. His work on Spider-Man, Priest and The Monkey King clearly show how perfect he would've been for this. Bummer.
