Georges Delerue (12 March 1925 – 20 March 1992)







Georges Delerue is one of my favorite Composers, for me the Greatest French Composer. Film Music is not the same without him, definitely it lost one of its most unique voices. His wonderful sensibility and his gift for melody was unsurpassed and his Music is always a joy and a delight to listen.

So, I want to share with you this Beautiful Compilation to remember him on this sad day.

tell you what, I always regretted badmouthing delerue a few years ago when I labeled him as boring and an author of "dead" music. Sometimes you just have to admit you were wrong, and I was, and Id like to hear these music to continue my contrition
