A lot of the SQ remix albums had bonus discs based on where they were purchased. For example, Cafe SQ had two:

Cafe SQ VILLAGE/VANGUARD Customer Bonus - http://vgmdb.net/album/29996
Cafe SQ TOWER RECORDS Customer Bonus - http://vgmdb.net/album/30107

Cure SQ had three, and I think a few of the others had one or two as well. I would love to get my hands on any/all of them (particularly the Cafe discs), but my search has been confounded by absolute failure and dead links. Is anyone able to share some or all of them?

I have them in mp3. I can get them up pretty soon.
