Well, if you're an avid fan, you will already own this cd.

But if you're a RABID fan, like me, you not only own this cd already (ever since it was released), but you will also get THIS fanedit, which is (until David Lynch may or may not return to do a director's cut) the BEST version of the film possible:

I can't say with absolute certainty, but I may have actually seen that version a couple years back. I very much admire the production design, costuming and casting. A pity De Laurentis had Lynch squash Herbert's tome down to little over 90 minutes. Imagine if it had had the treatment Jackson would be later allowed LOTR.
