Wrong forum. If you are posting about a video game, post it in the video games forum.

And for the record, I hate DDR.

I adore DDR. I remember when I used to play it lots and lots and lots, and intend to start it up again once I have my own place in a while. I've only got DDRMAX2, but hey, it's pretty good anyway. I've never been too good at it, but i'm sure with practicse I could get better than A'ing the shining polaris ;_;~

Dance Dance Revolution (or, DANCING STAGE! as it's called here on the PS2, stupidly) is one of the most wonderful party games you can imagine.

Ignore warnings, add copious amounts of alcohol, and hilarity ensues.

It's quite a good way to exercise and play a game at the same time, mir?

I have said Dancing Stage and 2 mats, which I got for my 18th birthday as a cool surprise present. It's gloriously silly fun. I don't really like most of the music (except for Lovecats) but it's fine to dance to, and it really is an incredibly addictive game, trying and better your score or rank - plus it involves physical exertion while being good fun! =o

Heh, me and two of my friends played it to wake ourselves up post-New Years. Good times.

Btw, if you want to play it at home without dropping the bomb, pick up some ignition 2 matts.

VERY sturdy, and reasonably cheap, around 35. They have jumbo foam inserts, that are really durable. I have two!

DDR is one of my favorite games of all time.

And for bragging rights, I can AA Max300. Not everybody can say that ~_^.

I've actually been playing for about 7 months, and what a helluva 7 months its been.

I've also lost upwards of 15 lbs in the process, great cardio workout.

pump it up isnt a version of ddr it is made by different people but its the same concept. the difference is ddr uses only up down left and right arrows while pump it up is all diagonals with a center button. and yes ddrs a game and depending on where u live it is one multiple systems. in the us it is for psx ps2 xbox and dreamcast.

*shakes head*

Trekkie, don't you get the point? For crying out loud, if you're going to tell people who you are, we're going to keep banning you. It's not a permanent ban - just hack it, and forget about this place for 6 months, ok?

CANDY-DDRMAX
04-19-2005, 01:58 AM
Or you guys could quit banning me for retarded reasons that don't break any of the rules. The original reason was for "spamming and advertising another forum site" when all i was doing was asking someone to join my clan in an online game, then you banned me for identifying myself when there are worse people out there who have not been banned or who have been banned and have indentified themselves and havent gotten rebanned such as milkman. All the times you guys have banned me have been for absolute bullshit reasons that are not against any rules and are not even a bad things.

Raidenex
04-19-2005, 02:24 AM
Oh dear. Maybe what you fail to realize is that your original ban was for 6 months, and we keep rebanning you because that original ban is still in effect. And every time we ban you again, it's extended back out to the 6 months.

And I hate to tell you, but whether you believe them to be 'bullshit' reasons or not, there's nothing you can say or do which is going to stop us from rebanning every account you create. Now, like I said, you have 6 months. Go do something else, and come back then - hopefully then you'll realize that posting here is a privilege, not a right.

haha...

anyways, I'm not in arcades often but the area around DDR machines always stink so I avoid them like the plague: By setting the arcades on fire which ultimately only serves to cause the stinky DDRers to run out and spread their odors in other locations.

Yep, and you can dance to the donkey kong theme - which is weird considering it's called 'Mario's DDR' - I guess there will be more tracks added soon.
