According to an interview on Minnesota Public Radio, the composer says this album basically covers most of the themes from all six series. The second CD is basically completely new music that's probably from series four, five and six.

Assuming that they haven't renamed anything, it's missing a few tracks from the two previous CD releases:

Telegram
Titanic
Patrick
A Song and a Dance
Nothing to Forgive
Emancipation
An Heir
An Ideal Marriage
A Drive

There's also been a slightly longer suite version of the main theme clocking in at 7:52 and an abridged version of the main theme, the same that would open the show, that aren't here. Then, of course, the Alfie Boe and Scala & Kolacny Brothers songs from the other discs, and if you want to be picky, the Christmas CD has two short instrumental themes that naturally aren't here either.
