hmm well i have 7, 8, 10, and 10-2 ive only beaten 10 and 8 so far....ive heard alot about 9 both good and bad tho...what do yall think should i get it???...o and one more think do they actually talk like in 10/10-2 or do u have to read it all like in 8?

Well, if you like FF you should get FF-IX, too. Get it, play it, and make your own opinion. That's all I can say. ;)

Its good.
Takes a while to get going but one it does its very cool.
The card game is at its best here to with cards battling and getting stronger.

yea, its not like ff8 when youre completely demolishing your opponent the whole game and then they come up wit some weak- ass card and then turn over all your cards with that one weak ass card because of some dumbass "same/plus/same wall" and "random" rules. ff9's cardgame is pretty straightforeward

You have to read like in FF-8, but 9 is worth a look, so is Origins and Anthology :-D

final fantasy 9 i think is my favorite ff game in the series... they really really went indepth into the story, and it may seem cliche on the outside, but they went much much deeper than what its retroness portrays, if that makes sense... i dunno, just buy it, its only like 15 dollars now anyway. but yea i loved it its classic

I didn't like it in the beggining, but towards the end i loved it. Maybe you should try it.

Well all I have to say is that Final Fantasy 9 is one of the most beautifully rendered games I have ever played (storyline, characters and minigames). What I didn't like was that it was so short and had it been a bit longer, the character development would have been superb and would have easily surpassed the other Final Fantasies. But I think they had some graphic prblem and had to make it FOUR discs. Well, yea..

I think you should get it. When I first started playing I thought it was a joke (really, at the beginning I found it ridiculous) but it didn't late too much for me to like it, really, you can even get a lot evolved with the game and its characters, its a very interesting game, although it isnt a greatest hit.

If you like FF get FFIX definitely there are some amazing characters in that game and they're definitely worth getting to know. Here's a list of positive points mostly for the characters

Vivi: cute as hell
Zidane: Fun lovin' criminal(need I say more)
Garnet: Hot hot hot
Eiko: again cute as hell
Quina: hilarious
Steiner: hilarious again
Freya: Pure class(with a touch of rat)
Graphics: Pretty damn good
Plot: Amazing(as always)
Chocobo's: Need I say more
Play time: Well worth your money.

imho, ffix is a very good game; if not, the best in the series. you should get it.

Buy it. :) It's worth it, even if you don't like it, because you can experience a new game and give others your opinion, too. I loved it, it has a good plot and amazing characters.

You should get it. There is a way to battle co-op (only battle mode)

It's EASILY the best game in the series. You have to get it. There is so many fun sidequests in this game too.

get final fantasy 9, its gd game and a gd storyline

Although not my favourite within the series, I really enjoyed playing it, and the broad selection of characters and strong storyline. Did feel a bit more fantasy- like with all of the characters and environments, but I really enjoyed it.

oh definitely FFCC. Its a great game heaps of fun. Its way more fun that the others with battle scenes. PURE GENIUS. BUY IT NOW!!.

Yeah I would rate in the top three final fantasy. I like it a lot more than FF8 but thats only my opinon. You will just have to try it to find out.

Get FFIX it has the best sidequests out of all the FF series.
