It's a TV documentary. An approximately translation would be

NHK Special Chikyu Daishinka (Earth Big Evolution) 4.6 Billion Years Human Odyssey

I didn't know the composer, but I know the orchestrator, Wataru Hokoyama, composer of the music of the PS3 videogame AFRIKA (terrific score). Thanks for posting this, Leon, very appreciated.
