So this is an album that hasn't been on the site in 320kbps for quite some time, as the link had been taken down. I made a request, and thankfully a user, who accidentally deleted their account but made a new one, by the name of PonyoBellanote (http://forums.ffshrine.org/member.php?u=1049760) not only found the files from a gamerip, but converted them as well. I take no credit for this rip, it was all PonyoBellanote (http://forums.ffshrine.org/member.php?u=1049760), I'm just uploading it. I'm really thankful for his work on this, as I really wanted this soundtrack in better quality. The album art is a wallpaper from Atlus that I photoshopped the copyright shit out of and slapped Soundtrack on in the same font that the other Trauma Center OSTs use for consistently. I think I did a good job with it personally.

The composers were never revealed for the new tracks, but the Japanese site for Second Opinion states that Meguro did the OP (http://www.atlusnet.jp/cs/game/wii/caduceus_z/download/movie/movie01.html), and tracks 02, 10, 11 all use arrangements of that OP. From that we know for sure that Meguro, if not just contributed to them, composed them entirely. also, the track Lights of Life (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jj9YE0yvNQ) on the Trauma Team Original Soundtrack, which was credited to Meguro, uses an arrangement of Vulnerability and the OP, so there's more evidence he composed those tracks. The only track we don't know who did is 04 St. Francis Hospital, I can't hear any arrangements, and since it's a brand new song the composer was never revealed. additionally, Shingo Yasumoto is listed in the credits as "Sound Creator", but his site credits him for SFX only, no song compositions, so he didn't contribute at all.

Just my justification for the tags, for those of you who are interested in consistency. I hope you enjoy this, as it's an amazing soundtrack!

This download includes only the new/remastered tracks, as the original versions of the other tracks featured in the game have been officially released on the Trauma Center: Under the Knife Soundtrack.

Thank you very much for this!
I especially like the "Hope Hospital", kinda catchy tune!

And no, I will not do it, no matter how many times you ask, PleaseJustKillMeNow. ;)

Thanks again!

I didn't leave, I'm here, my account was deleted by a "mistake" but I made a new account easily. Were you trying to be in contact with me about this? I don't know why you didn't see this account of mine. :P Anyway, thank you for the upload, and for giving me credit on the rip. Unafortunately due to how time consuming it was and lost of interest, I deleted all the files regarding this so all that's kept is basically your remastered MP3 copy. I also deleted all my work on Epic Mickey's gamerip. That one was even more time consuming. Hopefully one day in the future I may start on it again.

Do you have FLAC encodes of this?

By the way, don't quote me on this, but after comparing the styles St. Francis Hospital feels more like a Meguro track to me.

I do, but I don't think the FLAC encodes are any better quality, if they even are better quality. If anything St. Francis Hospital is probably Meguro simply because he was the only one who composed new music, so I'll edit that in soon along with album art that's more of a square just so it's easier to look at on a phone.
