This is a W.I.P.
I'm curious about christmas movies this year.
What do you traditionally watch and what other movies are worth noting.
I'll start a short list here and add more to it later.

Animated Christmas!
( this includes cell, CG, clay, etc )

How the Grinch Stole Christmas! (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0060345) (1966)

Live-Action Christmas!

Elf (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0319343) (2003)

If you are a child at heart, or love Disney, I recommend "Mickey's Christmas Carol" (1983) for me it's a tiny special with lots of heart that I need to watch every year.
Home Alone seems a can't miss, too, for me.

The Nightmare Before Christmas (I sometimes watch it on Halloween though), Gremlins, Groundhog Day, Doctor Who: A Christmas Carol...
I think this year I'm gonna watch The Polar Express, I've never seen it!

I'll update first post soonish.

i try to get Muppet Christmas Carol in every year. It's my favorite since Mickey's version.
I tried to buy the Mickey version on bluray but they want over $30 for it. :s

I want to try get The Polar Express in as well this year.
I've only caught parts of it when I go visit my friends. Their kids always watch all month this time of year before they go to the train event at the biggest park here.

Don't, even if you find it over 9 dollars, that BD is a shame

I read reviews how it got DNR'ed badly.
I might try look for a DVD version to download. It will likely retain original grain from cell transfer.

With UltraHD bluray coming out soon, I hope they give all these animated features the rightful transfer they deserve.

The only good version or transfer available of this movie it's in the Mickey Treasures Vol.2, present in 1:66 and 2.0 stereo.

Everything else, is 1:33.
