Updated thread title as these are actually AAC encoded with VBR.

MediaInfo v0.7.80

Bit rate mode : Variable
Bit rate : 274 Kbps
Nominal bit rate : 256 Kbps
Maximum bit rate : 354 Kbps

Nominal is 256, but AAC is very "variable" so it can expand a lot more than MP3 can, in this case maximum goes to 354 for this one track.
Other tracks will vary, some might have higher maximum or lower.
