So how do you all like Nobuo Uematsu? his music is g-reat! i really like the whole clasical theme to his music. other world was pretty cool too. i like how in every final fantasy the victory song is always- do do do dodo do do do doooo! hehe.

One thing is that I believe that u can download otherworld from RPGdreamer.com ( its just a 1-2 min. cut of it though) The second thing is that if i ever hear that damned victory fanfair again i may have to rip someones eyeballs out

u can dl all the ff music at eyesonff.com, thats where i get all my music, i have high speed internet, so i dunno if it takes long or not.

oh yea, and its the full song. the only song that isn't full is the english real emotion. its only like 1:23. but eyesonff.com is a good site to get music.

Uematsu is okay, but there are much better composers in the industry.

Yeah...Uematsu is fun to work with though(didn't get to work with him long, he just critiqued my skills once, it was my interview...)

I seriously doubt Squaresoft would hire a 19 year old they would probably want someone with a college degree and its highly unlikley you learned all you would need to know to work there in high school unless ur a janitor and by the way you talk its as though you've worked there for years and i know they would not hire someone under 18.

I love it, I think its very well written, and the way the music matches the scenes is unbelieveable, to me. I think Nobuo Uematsu is a great artist. :)

I'm currently snaping up as many FF albums as possible Uematsu has written some fantastic music....Of course though Prak is right there are other fantastic composers out their as well ( Konji Ito for one) :-D

I understand, the music is really good in it though, I like strategy games...

but its not like u get a real feel for the game, u tell ppl where to go, and fight.....idunno, i think it doesn't really have like a story......well it does, but not like in-depth

Dude, if you play through entire game, it goes so in depth! It's one of the most detailed but confusing stories for a game I've seen/played!

Nobuo didn't do any of the music in FFX-2 as he was already working on FFXI. Square hired Noriko Matsueda and Takahito Eguchi who did The Bouncer's score to do FFX-2.

I have been downloading his music, I plan on buy the Final Fantsy 7 Reunion Tracks CD soon. I think his rendition of One Winged Angel Orchestrated is some of his best work. I really like the fact that that is like the main theme in all of the Advent Children trailers.

One Winged Angel and the world map song are the only songs i hear playin in the trailers

Nobuo is going to be doing more music for other games but he said he is going to be moving away from the final fantasy sound and to something completely different.
