As an owner of both the original release (on PlayStation 2) and the HD Remaster on PS3, I can tell you with finality� Nope. This game never had sensitivity-related options; you're stuck with what you get.

I figured, in my opinion it's a bit slow for optimum gameplay. It could be worse, thanks anyway.
