Wow. I'd have been content with a 44kHz/24-bit flac version. Don't really have a speaker system to utilize 96kHz stuff. Thanks anyway.

Actually, you might want to consider compressing it to 44kHz. Or at least 48. Do we really have that many members with speaker systems for 10 grand?

I've analyzed the files and there aren't many things above 22khz, there aren't any artificial high frequency but to me is not worth it, I advice you to downscale this to 16bit44.1khz.
Also the loudness war on this is really high and sad, I would say that is better the non-HD version since it is not compressed this much

Yeah absolutely i just prefer having the original Hi-res files before downscalling. Plus there is something to authentic analog sound.
