You have to re-download those two tracks through iTunes. They're probably corrupt on your side as well.

Only for the physical release. Geffen was responsible for the digital version of both Parts I and II.

These aren't lossless iTunes files.

ALAC (Apple Lossless Audio Codec) is lossless.
AAC is lossy.

True that ALAC can be used in iTunes, but that's because it's developed by Apple which also makes iPhones and iPods.
The codec is now open source, so anyone can take the source code and develop it for anything.
