Tidus, while strong is a big puff, I think we should all face the facts.
IMO, the best playable is Auron, closely followed by Lulu and Yuna.

Wakka is my favorite character. He's cool, and I really like his personality and character. Plus he's really strong in battle. Maybe not as strong as Auron, but his Accuracy and Agility make up for it.

Whenever I play in battle, I can't help but feel that Wakka is a much better version of Tidus, with the exception of a few abilities and less agility.

Out of the 85 people that saw this thread, only 11 voted. Pathetic guys.

Tidus... simply because he's the main character. I can't not use him for most battles, and Blitz Ace is useful. Rikku's a close second due to Mix.

For me, Auron isn't useful for anything once stats are equal since he's kinda slow, and I don't like the sound his sword makes unless it's a critical hit. Without the sound of a critical hit, Wakka's attack also sounds cheap. I can only appreciate Wakka when he's using World Champion and does critical hits. Attack Reels obviously helps a bunch.

No offence, but who actually uses Wakka? I think he's pathetic. He's slow, he's weak, he's got a pathetic weapon and he has pathetic evade.

Well during the main portion of the game, I used him only to hit long distance enemies. Everyone except him and Kimahri were useful.

But after getting the airship and making everyone equal in their stats, Wakka's Attack Reels is the best character Overdrive.

Yuna, most definately. She had to heal everyone, so... I needed her alot.

well....i terms of who was the most useful party member id obviously have to say yuna
she summons, heals and has the most powerful magic

Wakka is one of my favorite characters in FF-X. He's a cool person and he's strong. :)

BTW: Tidus is pretty nice too. :p

Hey Chopper You are 100% correct all of the final fantasy 7 characters are waaaaaaaaaaay cooler than Auron. But Your wrong about Tidus being gay, he made out with yuna for god's sake.

Auron and Tidus, my opinion, rank in the coolness factor 10. But yuna is way way way way way more powerful.
In FFX. In the sequel she is as weak as a chocobo.

I think overall I would have to say that I liked Rikku the best, she is cool.

I'd go with Rikku, because she looks good, has a great overdrive and a cute personality. I'm not that fond of Tidus, though he is rather hot.
