A hint for others: this is not standard DTS format, but DTS-WAV meant for DTS-CD creation.
A bit trickier than most other DTS formats.

Foobar2000 should be able to hand it quite easily.

Yes, You can burn either one to CD, that's why they're in Wav format. The DTS will need a DTS Decoder to work. The Pro • Logic version will work in any Standard 2 Channel System.

Only a question! What type of compression was used to make those WAV.s? It is quite strange! I see that is 4 times smaller than usually for a WAV even DTS format which is huge!

Standard DTS, and standard Wav format. Being Rar'd the PLII will be compressed. Burn them as standard Audio Redbook and they'll be fine, or just play them on your computer, they'll be fine.
