What game series do u think is better and why?
Personally i liek the RE series a bit more becuase of the AMAZING storyline to it and the equally amazing character development and characters in general.....also i really like alot of the settings and enemies in the games.......

Definitely Resident Evil. I'm quite fond of Silent Hill aswell, but I'm a much bigger Resident Evil fan. It's more challenging and has a better storyline to it.

Well within the next year or so, Resident Evil 4 will be out on the Gamecube and the PS2. But I don't want to get into that because it's another story.

With that being said, I still like the Resident Evil series over the Silent Room series. I played RE4 at a Funcoland the other day, and I absolutely loved the controls for it.

For the whole three minutes I played it, 'til I noticed the DS on display right next to it.

I hate these games call me sad but they're creepy but if i had to choose to play one i'd go for Residnet Evil...i've seen silent hill and that just freaked me out.........i'm ashamed........................................... .....

I've never liked Silent Hill. Loved both of the GC Resident Evils though.

While Resident Evil games are more bloodthirsty and fun, Silent Hill plays on the fact that 90% of real fear is psychological. Therefore Silent Hill gets my vote coz scarier.

By the way, why wasn't Project Zero / Fatal Frame in this poll?

My main reason for only having these 2 games in this poll is because there considered by many the MAIN 2 Survival horror games......alot of my friends dont know about fatal frame or project zero or alone in the dark or anything of that nature
