I second this for the sole hope that it has more music than what was posted on here years ago. It appears to have more tracks. I never thought to see that the list on hans-zimmer.com (the source of this track list) is different from what's currently available. But I wouldn't get my hopes up too high. This is pretty old, and anything that is missing could be missing for a very long time.

Also, that same post had a self edited version of "The Gods are Here", which made me think of the fake promo from early days of internet. We still need an untouched real version of that track.

One track that I'd really like to see unearthed is the cue for when Miguel is exploring the city on his own and helping out that one man who was being harassed by the guards. The rendition of the friendship/partners theme that plays there is short but wonderful.

That cue is truly beautiful! Well... To be fair the whole score is!

No. This one does not match the track list that has been posted. There is yet a lot of score missing, and your link just has the incomplete bootleg that has been around for a long time combined with the "OST" which was mostly remixes of the songs sung in the film.

Well, that was the only version I've found with the score... :/

Just a suggestion, but what if someone tried to rip/edit the missing bits of score from the movie? I would myself, but I don't have any knowledge of how to do that stuff.

Any leads on this? Is it a legitimate complete tracklist? Also, as I'm not hugely familiar with this score, what's the best version available at the moment?

I noticed there are some cues I found, whilst watching the movie with this list aside, that are missing from there. Just listing them here for the sake of it and what scenes they play in.
~~
1. Landing on the Island (Tulio, Miguel and Altivo kissing the sand until coming across some skeletons)
2. Not a Proper Tribute (Tzekel-Kan unveils his gift, being a human sacrifice, to Tulio and Miguel)
3. This Place is Amazing (Miguel's dreams of exploring El Dorado before Tulio cuts him off)
4. Wandering Around (Miguel wanders around the streets and sees the guards harassing a villager)
5. Dark Magics (Tzekel-Kan leafing through his book)
6. Montage (a short mostly acoustic piece that plays, specifically, during a scene when Tulio gives Chel a flower.)
7. Big Plans? (when Miguel is talking with the Chief on the boat. Could possibly be "True El Dorado Idea")
8. Forgot Miguel (Tulio wants Chel to come back with him. Could possibly be "Chel Idea")
9. Needs More Body (Tzekel-Kan shoves the guard into the pool, creating the Stone Jaguar)
10. Tzekel-Kan Gone (Tulio and Miguel defeat Tzekel-Kan and the Stone Jaguar.)

I have no idea where "Cortez Cowboys Idea" is supposed to be. Most likely a sessions outtake or suite.
