Well, thematically, this is outstanding. There are a whole bunch of really stand-out tracks and melodies. It's a really wonderful score and has come, for me at least, right out of nowhere. Fantastic share! Thanks. This needs a good proper release.

Before listening to the score I thought I should watch the movie first. Half way through it now I have to say the movie is a disaster compare to the orignal novel or the early tv series. But young's music for the movie is very nice. The main theme is beautiful and quite recognizable.
I guess young is not familiar with the original story otherwise he would dislike this new version Monkey King just like me and would not be able to put so much love and effort to write such nice music.

I've got to say, this is my most played score right now. I'd like to thank you for sharing it with us once again again. I think the longest new tracks (ones not posted on youtube I guess) are the best ones. Really hoping Young is going to score the sequel as well. Even if he doesn't though, let's keep our fingers crossed he is going to stick with scoring the Doctor Strange film. I think he'll be perfect for it, considering this and Spider-man 3's scores.
