I've been playin FFT again and i've come to the conclusion that something sucks in it. When your in Squire class you have the abilities accumalate, throw stone, dash, and heal, and all the other reactions and hoopla. For Ramza you get a bonus you have those abilities and then some but here is where the sucky part comes. For Agaris, Orlandu, ect. you have unique actions but lose those Squire techniques when on there original job class. The worst situation I've been in regarding this was Ramza being charmed and having no one to stone him. It's not that big of a deal but sometimes sucks hardcore.

That's poor team design on your part, not poor game design.

There are plenty of other moves to cure charm (in fact, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a priest move just to do so?), and seriously - you shouldn't be complaining about the most powerful (damage-wise) character in the game (Orlandu) not being able to act as a support character, when all he should be doing is pwning the other team.
