The Bonus Comic-con stuff is not accurate anyways. Becky Hanson does the vocals but it is CMX Music who did the music.

Abissmal? Probably why so many artists covered it. Go and listen to Maroon 5 or One Direction if you can't appreciate one of the saddest and most beautiful songs the brothers Gibb wrote. And they've written a lot.

Track 3-18 is the trailer audio. With SFX and dialogue and everything.
Track 3-19 is Hi-Finesse's "Visionary", which has nothing to do with this trailer at all I don't think.
Track 3-20 is I think just a rip of this YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNRqGGBCOgU), a crappily edited version.

Nothing to see here, folks. Move along.

No need to fret, though; I've said it before and I'll say it again: once a 5.1 mix of this trailer becomes available, I will do my best to make a clean rip.
