TAK format has support only for Windows OS, as far as I know, means you'll have to convert in comp with Windows OS instaled.
Simply you download TAK_2.3.0 Final (http://www.thbeck.de/Tak/Tak.html) archive with Tak front-end and convert Tak to Wav. Then you must open cue file with notepad and istead .tak wrote .wav.

There is a conversion program for Macs called Bigasoft. But its gonna cost you $25 or more, unless someone is aware of a free download.

I told you before: no one software can not open Tak file in Mac OS!!!!
I think you can not bigasoft audio converter too.

Why don't you use a format, anyone can handle like wav, mp3 or flac?

This way, it's just for the round file.

At least mention in the title line, that you're using an obscure file format so that people can avoid downloading it in vain.

Could please anyone who can transcribe this perverted file format re-up it in flac or mp3.

I use tak format because file size, a compression factor is much better compared to the flac.
I was ripped this score in flac, the archive would be much higher, therefore time for upload should endure.
The only thing that matters to me is that save on time because TIME IS MONEY
