I Would Have to Agree As Funny As The Minions Are They Could Not Hold A Movie Themselves. Same As The Simpsons The First 20-30Mins Of The Film Was Hilarious But As Soon As A Plot Developed It Just Rocketed Down Hill.

Hi,

MINIONS is actually one of the finest and possibly the only flawless animated film I've ever seen - with the exception of almost every Studio Ghibli film, of course!

It's a film that is funnier for adults than it is kids, as a lot of the humour requires a good knowledge of history, politics, music, etc, etc, that kids simply won't get/know.

As such, go see MINIONS, but make sure you see it right from the very opening Universal Logo to the very bitter end of the end-credits, as after the end credits are complete, there's a hilarious 5-6 minute extra sequence, that is brilliant.

So you're saying there's an after credits scene?

Also, how is this movie flawless? I gave it a look online and it seems all of it was shown in trailers. I go to the movies wanting to see something new.

Actually most of the trailers focus on the first half of the film. The second half is entirely stuff hardly seen in the marketing.

I'm not sure

Just watched the trailers. They basically sum up the first 40 mins.

-Minions want a new master

-Minions go to Villain Con

-Minions start working for Scarlett Overkill

-Scarlett Overkill orders Minions to steal the crown

-Mayhem ensues

That's the first 40 mins. I saw the film last week and there's quite a lot more to the plot after those parts that the trailers leave out.

Hi,

So you're saying there's an after credits scene?

Yes, there is, and it's very, very funny! However, it requires the audience to sit through about 6 minutes of end credits. Still, patience is a virtue! ;)

Also, how is this movie flawless? I gave it a look online and it seems all of it was shown in trailers. I go to the movies wanting to see something new.

It's flawless, in the sense that the film has no flaws! There's not a single thing wrong with it, and there's not a single bad point I can make about the entire film. Everything works in it: from the humour, to the characters, to the music, to the clever (animated) stunts! It's a flawless animated film, and 10/10 is not being ungenerous.

The fact that the trailer reveals a lot about the first half of the film, is really irrelevant. If you want to see a film, completely "new" and fresh, then don't watch ANY trailers for any film/tv show ever again. ;)
