Below are links to the Fire Emblem if Original Soundtrack ripped from the 3DS cartridge. They're 320kbps MP3's, and for now all we have is the game rip. When the OST gets an actual release I'll update this post. Composers are known, Hiroki Morishita (officially credited for if~One's Thought and consequently all arrangements of it), Takeru Kanazaki, Yasuhisa Baba, Rei Kondoh and Masato Kouda composed the OST while Yuka Tsujiyoko supervised. The amiibo themes at the end are taken from other games, and as such are composed by those games respective composers. All artist tags are as accurate as they can be, for the most part, without an official composer breakdown. I also cropped the promotional artwork into an album cover, since it's better than nothing. It's included in the folder too.

Big thanks to SpikeyGCPS2, who manually extracted the patch files to get the English track names, as well as initially tagging all files with their proper (unofficial) English track names. and, naturally, the initial ripper who extracted the .bcstms files, which without we would have nothing. as well as people who mixed the channels of the ~Ablaze themes to get the calm variants, like Vector Harbor, Jessie, and others. Really, thank you guys a ton.

SpikeyGCPS2 also edit some stuff to make the new album art, which is a significant improvement over the old image, so again, big thanks there. The current upload has a different image tagged, without the logo, so be sure to retag the cover art if you care until a new upload is uploaded.

Format: 320 CBR MP3

You mean the .bcstm files? Those are only included in hopes that someone can get the regular field themes from them, if you know how to mute one of the three channels to get it. Otherwise just use the other download links.

The map streams actually have 5 channels.

I've no idea how they're supposed to sound but i removed the louder of the channels because you said they were calm themes, so hopefully this is what they're supposed to sound like.

What I usually do is convert the files to .wav using Winamp (Foobar2000 should work) and import them into Audacity. You can mute channels using the program and then export the changes as a separate file in .mp3 (or whatever format you want)

I attempted to convert the file to a .wav, but when I tried importing it to Audacity it said something about using the "import>RAW" audio option for uncompressed audio, so I figured there was something I'm missing. I guess I was just doing it wrong then. I'll give it a shot again later, thanks for the responses you two, I'm really thankful for your help.

Only select channels are mono in MK8, but I have no idea how the channels are for FE Fates. I didn't join tracks together for my MK8 gamerip sounds fine outside of the frontleading beats being a bit too loud for some tracks.

I've added what appears to be the full gamerip, credit to Jessie for getting the calm field themes, and uploading them, and credit to the original ripper/uploader for ripping everything, otherwise none of this would be possible. I also added Vector Harbor's directory just in case people only want to download a single file they may be missing, though it appears to be incomplete, still, thanks for compiling it. It looks like apart from proper file names and tags, the latter of which we don't have the knowledge for at the moment, this is pretty much a complete gamerip.

Given Nintendo's recent track history with FE OSTs I'm inclined to agree with you, as it probably will happen eventually. Still can't believe they did an official release for PoR and RD after the games had been released for so long.

PleaseJustKillMeNow

True, the packaging was gorgeous, it was really an impressive release. Especially how not only was it a complete OST, but it also had the data CD as disc five, with the HD opening movie+SFX, and a full composer breakdown, which is usually rare for Nintendo releases.

The game actually does have a sound test, and some people are working on an English patch for the Japanese version of the game. If this patch includes the sound test then I'll update the files accordingly and reupload them.

It does include a sound test, and the titles are technically translated there, but they're not exactly there in a full and readable format unfortunately.

EDIT: I've completed naming and tagging all 120 songs that had full titles for soundtest by manually extracting the title list from the patch files. For the remaining 8 songs I choose titles I left Coda and Record alone as I couldn't find better titles for them, I found the titles of the original songs the amiibo themes are based on, and the title screen I named boringly as such.

Spikey, you mind if I re-tag your version, and re-upload it to put in the OP? We've also got the official theme song name from the direct earlier, so that's something new as well. I'd also edit some of the track names to be more in line with the track names in Awakening, like the ablaze titles. If it's cool with you, that is. Thanks a bunch for giving us the link too.

Not a problem, go ahead. Though I'm not sure renaming the credits theme to the English song's title makes much sense since the title I renamed that one to is the translation of the Japanese song's title.

Also, I put the amiibo themes at the end so that if they include a theme for the Roy amiibo when that comes out it can easily be appended to the end.

PleaseJustKillMeNow

Alright, all done. thanks again, having English track names is really nice, even if they're unofficial translations. and yeah, you're right about changing the song name to the English one, I thought it was the name for the main menu, not main theme, so ignore that comment. if you have an older version of this rip and care about tags I highly suggest you download the updated rip.
