if you lose your password and didnt copy the encryption key, I've read that you can get a new password for the account but the files wont be accessible and will be deleted in 60 days (which is incentive not to do this, in my opinion). Has anyone had to do this? I'm curious if the file names are visible but you just cant click on them or delete them? Or does your account look empty?
