Do any of you guys like those kind of endings... I mean i think their okay it's just some people end up trying over and over to see what happens e.g FFX-2 if you wanna see all of the endings then you've gotta complete it like 5 times... so i was wondering if you'd wanna see more multiple endings in possible future FF games ????

I think its better with different endings, it gives you a different perspective of the game.
And you don't have to completed it 5 times, there's only 2 that i'm aware of, maybe 3, but not 5.

I dunno I don't really like the idea of multiple endings. Though barret.wallace puts up a good point, I don't like it.

I'm almost always a fan of multiple endings.

There are some stories where multiple endings just wouldn't work, but I'm all for them in any story where they would. Work.

I remember when Chrono Trigger had like 12 endings.

Love it coz it has replay value.

I don't like multiple endings. I want the story the way it is, and I only got two possibilties at the end of it, and this is I liked it or I did't.

I wouldn't want to read a book or watch a movie with multiple endings, either. :(

But I could imagine, the future FF games could all have multiple endings. Because people want to see them, and if they can't play them all the regular way, they also have to buy the guide to it.....

Multiple endings, well, I don't really care so long as the quality of the game is good. If the characters and the endings are sufficiently well-developed, then it's a good idea. But if it's just a gimmick, well... =/

Agreed, if the game is developed in a way where multiple endings depend on interaction with npc's and the system is detailed enough then ok.

But if it is only the possetion of an item (e.g. ff9. I think its ff9 anyway) then its a poor way to go.

hmmm x-2 having multiple endings is bad, as most people will never play it again. I didnt like it anyway.

See multiple endings are fun but I'm not a fan of going through all that work for an ending that I may not even like. That alos makes the posibilities of what's next so vauge that you can only guess what happened (well if they make a second of a game- they usually use the first ending). I like it where theres one ending and it ends the story nicely (or leads it for a 2nd one)

I think multiple endings should depend on the character you choose..... like in Unlimited Saga (another SE game for those of you who dont know). for each character, there is a different ending
