This is lossless. I think this is lossless as long as the encoder didn't lie to me. This is my first time doing this kind of thing, so I'm sorry.
Oh, and I highly recommend the game (http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/VLJS-106) if you can read Japanese, even if you're not familiar with the franchise. ([EDIT] The game is now out in English! Go get it!)

I bought the Japanese version asap it was released, and if they they retain Japanese voices in Western version, you are in for a treat! Very GOOD and COOL game. Fun too. Best Digimon game, hands down!

I redownloaded from all the links in this thread (including the first post). I can confirm that there is no 3-12 on any of the MP3 downloads in this thread. I even tried on a second PC and it is still missing (even with the additional folder of missing tracks.)

I had a hard time finding a decent copy on the web, but here is track 3-12 for those who are missing it:
