Are the songs on the second CD supposed to be like that?

According to VGMDB they are that in japanese, but the Romaji for them shows entirely different names (such as z91 battle), seems like the encoding for the Japanese text just got screwed up in the database to me, names like that can't be right.

Not sure what you mean when you ask if the songs on the second disc are suppose to be like that, but I'm assuming you mean the names, in which case, yes, they are suppose to be like that. The linear notes name each of those songs names like "z5m20i12r04a28." It looks like gibberish, but if you take the numbers and letters separately you get "zmira" and "520120428", remove the 5 and then you end up with 20120428, which tells us that the track was recorded April 28th, 2012. Sawano did something similar with the second Attack on Titan OST. (http://vgmdb.net/album/40757) The Romaji tracklist you see on VGMdb is translated from the JASRAC tweaked tracklist, which is why it's different from the original tracklist.

The other thread for the Xenoblade X OST uses a translated version of the JASRAC tweaked tracklist, which was originally in Japanese, which, at the moment, probably isn't 100%, but is still good enough for a lot of purposes.
