Alright. So, my audio setup is pretty flawless and I have never had a problem with it.
But today, I joined a random stream on Twitch and was hearing the most horrible static sound ever. I decided to desktop captured the audio in Audacity (with Windows WASAPI), and sure enough, it was there in the recording too. However, when I sent the audio file to the streamer and his chat, none of them could hear anything.

It's not like it's a problem with anything else, just this one stream. I can listen to music fine, I can watch media fine, but this one stream is giving me weird static feedback that NO ONE ELSE can hear.

To prove there is a static, here is a spectrogram of the soundclip I made. The static is clearly visible and quite loud.

And here is the soundclip of that Spectrogram. https://db.tt/hc5ZhWwL
In the soundclip you can hear the static quite clearly, some game sound as well as the streamer's voice near the end.
I know I am not going crazy. There IS STATIC there. The spectrogram proves it.

Help me out here. Why am I hearing this when no one else is? :0 But the weird thing is.... It's only this one stream. Every other stream is fine. I don't understand. Just tryna look for answers since it intrigues me.
